PhraseyInit Command
npx phrasey init can be used to initialize a new project.
The prompted questions are used to create the project.
WARNING
All the entered paths are taken relative to the corresponding file or directory.
Usage
bash
npx phrasey initnpx phrasey initArguments
--help,-h- Displays help message.
